Steven has deep transactional and general commercial law experience, including within Africa’s largest law firm.
By augmenting his commercial legal skills with a masters degree in long-term strategic thinking, Steven is able to provide strategic, commercially-based advice and assistance.
Steven advises medium-sized corporates across high-growth sectors. These include media, renewable energy, resources, agriculture, property development and technology.
Steven is a non-executive director on numerous boards in South Africa and the UK.
